Tachibana Aroma Plate
Crafted in collaboration with a Japanese artisan from Awaji Island, this aroma plate is steeped in over 400 years of tradition. Specialising in Onigawara —the iconic guardian tiles found on traditional Japanese rooftops—this craftsman brings ancient techniques into a new form. Each piece is carefully handmade, reflecting the spirit of honoured craftsmanship. Designed to hold a few drops of your favorite essential oils, the ceramic surface naturally absorbs and gently diffuses the scent. A quiet blend of craftsmanship and heritage.

Meaning Behind the Tachibana Kamon Design
The Tachibana, a type of wild citrus native to Japan, carries deep cultural significance. Often used in family crests (Kamon), it symbolises resilience, prosperity, and unbroken lineage. Unlike ordinary citrus, the Tachibana tree remains evergreen—enduring through the seasons, just as family ties and traditions do. In classical poetry and imperial symbolism, it represents longevity and graceful endurance.
How to Use Your Aroma Plate
Add 5 to 7 drops of your favorite essential oil directly onto the plate. The scent will gently diffuse and last for up to 5 hours.
To Clean or Switch Scents
Soak the plate in hot water (around 60–70°C) for 30 to 45 minutes. After soaking, allow it to dry completely before adding a new scent.
