Care & Warranty

Our pieces are made to last but we still recommend to take care of your jewellery.

To keep your Tachibanaco pieces  everlasting we recommend you to keep it away from water and strong chemicals for a long period of time as this may cause fading to the jewellery or weaking of the elastic.

To clean, simply wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store in a dry place out of direct sunlight.

We offer a one-year warranty on all items from the date that the item was purchased. The warranty covers free repair on the following; broken string, elastic and missing CZ diamonds. The warranty does not cover faded plating on pendants or beads. If you wish to re-plate your item for a cost, you may contact info@tachibanaco.com
