Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Processing & Tracking
All orders are shipped from our studio in Brisbane, Australia.
- Orders placed on weekdays are processed the same day or the following business day.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Lost Items Policy
- International Orders: We are not responsible for items lost in transit outside of Australia.
- Domestic Orders (Australia): If an item is lost in transit within Australia, we will contact you to arrange a replacement item or issue a refund.
- Delivered but Not Received: If your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you have not received it, we are not responsible for the lost item. Proof of delivery from the shipping carrier will be provided to the buyer as confirmation. Quite often, delivery drivers may accidentally deliver to a neighbor. Please check with your neighbors or contact your local postal service to investigate further.
Important: Before placing your order, please double-check your house or apartment number to prevent items from being lost during delivery.
