To keep your Tachibana.co pieces  everlasting we recommend you to keep it away from water and strong chemicals for a long period of time as this may cause fading to the jewellery.

To clean, simply wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store in a dry place out of direct sunlight.

We offer a one-year warranty on all items from the date that the item was purchased.

The warranty covers free repair on the following; broken string, elastic and missing CZ diamonds. The warranty does not cover faded plating on pendants or beads. If you wish to re-plate your item for a cost, you may contact info@tachibanaco.com
