Ordering and Shipping

1. How much is shipping?
Free shipping is available for orders going to Australia.Depending on your location and products selected shipping rates and services will be shown during the checkout process before payment is made.

2. How long until my order ships?
Generally, after you place your order, your bracelet will be sent out in the next few business days. We hand-make all our bracelets to order, so sometimes we might require some extra time to ship out your item. We appreciate your patience. In certain rare circumstances, such as the holiday season, we may require more time for shipping orders.

3. How long will my item take to get here?
It all depends on your selected shipping method, and where you're located:
For Australia standard shipping, estimated shipping times go up to 2 to 8 business days.
For Australia express shipping, estimated shipping times go up to 1 to 4 business days.
For International, estimated shipping times go up to 29 business days. Please keep in mind that international shipments can vary greatly in terms of shipping time due to the customs procedures of each country. Please be patient as customs may choose to inspect international shipments which can add some time to the shipping time.

4. I provided the wrong address when ordering, what should I do?
If an incorrect address was provided at the time of order, you will need to provide the corrected address as soon as possible. If we receive the updated address before the item has shipped, we will be able to update the address for you. If the address is not updated before shipping, we need the item to be returned to us prior to issuing a refund, minus the shipping and handling cost due to the incorrect address. 1. How long do I have to request a return?
From the date of order, you have 15 days to contact us for a return.

2. How much does it cost to return an item?
If you request a return before the item is shipped out, there are no fees. If you request a return after the item has been shipped, you simply need to return the item back to us and we will process your refund minus shipping costs.
