Delivery Times for Exchanges

The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping: $10

Arrives in 2 to 8 business days.

International Shipping (Rest of World)

Standard International Shipping: $35

Arrives in 6 to 27 business days.

Express International Shipping: $45

Arrives in 6 to 16 business days.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Brisbane, Australia.

Orders placed on weekdays are processed the same day or the following business day.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

International Orders: We are not responsible for items lost in transit outside of Australia.

Domestic Orders (Australia): If an item is lost in transit within Australia, we will contact you to arrange a replacement item or issue a refund.

Delivered but Not Received: If your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you have not received it, we are not responsible for the lost item. Proof of delivery from the shipping carrier will be provided to the buyer as confirmation. Quite often, delivery drivers may accidentally deliver to a neighbor. Please check with your neighbors or contact your local postal service to investigate further.

Important: Before placing your order, please double-check your house or apartment number to prevent items from being lost during delivery.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes once it arrives in your country. Tachibanaco does not cover these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations in advance to understand any possible additional costs.
